***Expert in PowerBI with a background in Commercial Real Estate***

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
*BA/BS degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Math, or any related quantitative field
*Graduate degree, CFA, or CPA is preferred
*Highly proficient in Power BI and Excel
*Experience in Argus Enterprise and Yardi Voyager is preferred.
*3+ years of commercial real estate, investment management, and financial analysis experience.
